When you register, we collect your email address. When you use the parsing service, we collect document metadata (filename, page count, document type) for usage tracking. We do NOT store your PDF documents. They are processed in memory and deleted immediately after parsing.
Your email is used for account management and service-related notifications. Document metadata is used for usage tracking, billing, and service improvement. We do not use your data for marketing without consent.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. API keys are stored securely. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to third parties.
We use DeepSeek for AI document processing (documents are sent to their API for parsing), Stripe for payment processing, and Cloudflare for DNS/CDN. Each service has its own privacy policy.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. EU residents have rights under GDPR.
